      Reservations for our wellness programs can be made by emailing sacredwatersgmail.com between 9:30-6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, to ensure we can accommodate you on your preferred dates, we recommend that you make your reservation at least four weeks in advance of your intended arrival date. You may of course book with shorter notice, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      All programs begin on a Sunday. Check-in time is 12PM \u2013 3PM, CST. Check-out time is the following Sunday between 9-10 AM. Please let us know if your circumstances may require an exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      We offer complimentary mini bus, taxi airport pick-ups and drop-offs during specific time frames ONLY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      MEDICATIONS AND\/OR SUPPLEMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      We ask that you bring any medications and\/or supplements that you are currently taking, and enough for the time you are with us as we respect the recommendations given to you by your physician. Although frequently our health guests do manage to reduce their medications as their body heals, the rate at which this happens is different for each individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      If you are a diabetic, please bring: 1) your glucose monitor 2) sufficient strips for your period of stay (testing 4-6 times per day) and 3) sufficient lancets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
